設計思維 About Design Thinking

「設計思維」是一套以「以客為本」的解決問題方案，分為用家角度思考 (empathize)、認清核心問題 (define)、具創意的構思 (ideate)、製作簡單模型 (prototype) 以及測試 (test)五部曲。 

Design Thinking is a customer centric problem solving methodology, with five phases including empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test.
